Gail Hunter

Gail is a licensed real estate agent and joint director of H2 Enterprises Pty Ltd. Gail has worked in real estate in Queensland since moving from Victoria in 1992.  For the first 8 years Gail was a Property Manager, caring for residential and holiday property portfolios on the Sunshine Coast.  She was Chairperson of the Property Management Chapter for the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and also a Trainer and Workplace Assessor for the REIQ during much of this time.  For the past 7 years Gail has been project marketing off-the-plan apartments, houses and land releases for major developers such as Juniper, Lend Lease and most recently Reed Property Group as Sales Manager.  In Victoria, Gail spent 20 years working in legal practices as a conveyancing clerk.  Gail is a member of the Sunshine Coast Business Womens Network, UDIA and REIQ

John Boast

John Boast

John is joint director of H2 Enterprises Pty Ltd and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. John has a background in banking and finance spanning some 30 years and managed numerous branches in Queensland. In 1997 he commenced a mortgage broker business, JBA Finance Solutions, and successfully operated this until selling it in January 2005. Working closely with many large companies including Juniper Developments, John was able to assist many purchasers whilst learning the detail of off the plan property. More recently John has taken up a position with Maja Group
